Rechargeable via the included USB cable – no batteries required. Comes with a clear user manual.
The Ecodor Urine Detector (Rechargeable) is the ultimate solution for locating invisible pet urine stains. Its advanced UV-LED technology reveals dried urine salts instantly, allowing targeted cleaning with UF2000 or UF2000 4Pets.
This detector is specially designed for use on artificial grass, carpets, furniture, floors, and many other surfaces. The built-in black lens filters out distracting visible light, allowing only relevant UV-A rays to reach the surface. This creates a bright fluorescent reaction on urine stains – even in daylight.
The USB rechargeable feature eliminates the need for batteries and ensures long-lasting convenience. The detector is compact, lightweight, and comes with a detailed Dutch-language manual.
Benefits of the Ecodor Urine Detector:
- Detects urine stains invisible to the naked eye
- Enhanced UV reaction thanks to integrated black lens
- Safe to use and suitable for all surfaces
- USB rechargeable – eco-friendly and practical
Whether you’re dealing with odors in artificial grass or stains on carpet, the Ecodor Urine Detector helps you quickly locate and effectively treat the problem. Perfect for dog and cat owners who want to keep their home fresh and hygienic.

Aanrader!

It works, but the light beam is quite narrow, so you’ll find a puddle of urine on the carpet faster by stepping in it and getting your socks wet.

In addition to the rechargeable urine detector, we also purchased a UF2000 4Pets package. Easy to use because it is ready to use. Works perfectly. We deliberately used it before bringing a new puppy into our home after the loss of our old dog.
The urine detector was a real invention and also showed how many traces can be present in the house (sometimes you’d rather not know 😉 ).
Ordering and delivery went smoothly, so we will definitely return – next time for a bottle of concentrated UF2000, as there are still quite a few “accidental puddles” happening at home.

Works very well, but you do need to pay close attention to the color of the urine stains. The lamp also causes many other household substances (such as grease spots or salts) to glow bright white, which you normally don’t see when the detector is off. This can be a bit surprising at first. Urine stains appear yellowish to greenish and glow much more faintly compared to the brightly fluorescent white spots and stains. So careful observation is needed. Very handy to use in combination with a urine odor remover.
