Livestock feed/mixed feed – References
Here you will find an overview of some of our references of industrial odour control in the category cattle/ compound feed.Odour neutralisation at compound feed mill
The production of compound feed releases production odours (especially from the cooler).
The odours are extracted via 3 chimneys and discharged to the outside air. Diluted Ecodor EC250 product is injected into the three chimneys by means of 36 (2x 12 pieces) atomisers (3 zones) which neutralise the escaping air.
The atomisers can be switched on/off automatically per zone (waste gas).
Odour control near pet food plant
In order to combat odour emissions released during the production of pet food and sweets, these are treated with a product mixture water : Ecodor EC250, using our so-called Ecodor Odour Control System.
2 low-budget control units were installed here, with 8 compressed air nozzles treating the off-gas coming from the extruder and 14 nozzles treating the off-gas coming from the cooler/dryer.
Odour control near compound feed production – Chick
Production odours are released during the production of chick feed. Mainly during heating in the production process.
These odours are extracted and discharged to the outside air via three chimneys.
Ecodor EC250 enzymes are injected into each chimney through 7 nozzles and the air is neutralised.
Odour control in compound feed – Cattle
Production odours are released during the production of compound feed (cattle pellets).
Mainly during heating in the production process. These odours are extracted and discharged to the outside air via two chimneys.
Ecodor EC250 enzymes are injected into each chimney via 12 nozzles to neutralise the escaping air.
Removing odours in compound feed production – Chicken pellets
The production of compound feed (pig feed and broiler kibble) releases production odours.
The waste gases from 5 production lines collect together in a collection room. In this collection area, which serves as a contact area, a deodorising mixture Ecodor EC250 is atomised via 20 units (5 zones of 4 atomisers) which neutralise the escaping air.
Odour control in compound feed – Cattle
The production of compound feed (cattle pellets) releases production odours.
These odours are extracted via 5 chimneys and discharged to the outside air via a collection room which acts as a contact area. Enzymes Ecodor EC250 are injected into the collection space through 14 atomisers (7 zones of 2), which neutralise the escaping air.
The atomisers are switched on/off automatically per zone depending on the air flow rate.
Remove odour nuisance compound feed – Cattle
The production of compound feed releases production odours (especially from the cooler).
The odours are extracted via 3 chimneys and discharged to the outside air. In the three chimneys, diluted Ecodor EC250 product is injected via 7+4+7 (18 units) atomisers (3 zones) which neutralise the escaping air.
The atomisers are automatically switched on/off per zone.
