Compressed air deaeration system
Especially for the industry, Ecodor has developed a compressed air atomizer installation, consisting of a standard central control cabinet, a piping network and one or more atomizers. With the atomizers, tap water, in which enzyme product is injected, is atomized by compressed air into an extremely fine mist. It is a very simple and flexible system that requires only electricity, water and compressed air.

Atomizers can easily be added or turned off and the dosage of deodorizing product in the water supply can also be easily adjusted.
The atomizers are self-cleaning on the fluid and compressed air side. Each time the system is turned on and off, a moving needle cleans the atomizer.
User Manual
The atomizers used are specially designed for the use of ECODOR concentrate. They create an extremely fine mist, consisting of droplets of about 15 µm, which is necessary to achieve proper deodorization with enzymes.
